At Hafs Road Orchard, we are busy filling crates with

Apples for baking and sauce:
Combining varieties makes a naturally sweet sauce or pie. No need to add sugar. Use cider instead of water to intensify the apple flavors.
Our hand selected, popular baking and apple sauce mix in peck or half bushel bags provide you a convenient combination ready to use!

Many of our varieties are available in late September and October.
You can find us at Columbus Park Farmers Market in Kenosha and Kenosha Public Market on Saturdays
as well as the Lake Geneva Farmers Market on Thursdays
and the Genoa City Farmers Market on Friday afternoons.
